My bike has a built-in lock and key to protect the battery from theft. I broke the key off in the lock and you can imagine this is a rare job for a locksmith. I called a competitor nearby and when I told them it was a bicycle they said, "Oh no we don't do that." The guys at Boca Security Center were unphased by the situation and soon had the key stub removed from the lock and new keys made. They were friendly and courteous, and I thought the charge was reasonable. So, I'm glad I can help them keep a perfect review record.

Amazing service! Keys are always, I mean ALWAYS dead on accurate. No “Lets pull it out a hair and try turning it” methods. Most friendly staff ever. I've had multiple keys made from them and will never go anywhere else. Keys are HQ and seem to be stronger than ones I've had made at other places before I knew about Boca Security. I had two Nissan Sentra keys made here and are flawless, which is using the brand Ilco. I actually prefer them over my factory keys. I like dealing with the guy Lenny with the tattoos the most. He is awesome to work with.

The service at Boca Security Center & Locksmith is excellent from the time you call and speak to Frank and set an appointment all the way until your service is complete. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question asked of him. Kyle is very efficient and hard working as well. They were both very polite, friendly, professional, and got the job done! I would trust them with any service. Their prices are very competitive, and they never charge unnecessary fees or try and sell you something you don't need. Great Service! I definitely reccomend Boca Security Center & Locksmith. I recently moved into my new apartment and only had one key to it. This morning I forgot my key as I was racing out the door to get to work. So before work I quickly looked up a locksmith on google and gave them a call since I knew this place beforehand to get keys made. 

I called and explained I accidentally locked myself out of my new apartment (being a bit embarressed) and the gentlemen over the phone was very nice and helpful with getting me a service call at the time that was convenient for me. Upon on time arrival Brett was very professional and friendly. He went right to it and after a few mins he was able to unlock my front door. No damage to the doorknob or anything. Then he offered to make me some extra keys which saved me time and money at no cost! I was extremely happy! The service cost was fair, and I was glad to have them help me with my situation. Hopefully it doesn’t happen again but if so I will be calling them again. Thank you!!
